Pleasently surprized and thankful! I came in to have my Lincoln serviced and while I was waiting I decided to look at what was on the lot to kill time. Jordan Fields greeted me as I wal I came in to have my Lincoln serviced and while I was waiting I decided to look at what was on the lot to kill time. He said ok and asked me what I liked? We had a nice conversation with no pressure, then the service dept. announced that my Lincoln was ready and Jordan gave me his card. He said he might have something I would be interested in. I agreed to come back the next day to see what he had. I am so thankful that Jordan took the time and listened to me instead of trying to sell me.
