This was an amazing first experience. I went to the Dodge dealership in Jefferson City MO with the preconceived notion that I was going to be treated like "Just another sale". Unfortunately, my suspicions were true and I was unimpressed with the customer service. Forward to the next day and I met with Ethan (Sales) and Travis (Financing) and explained to them with what I wanted (Big ol'Truck) and they were able to make it happen but the payment was a bit higher than I was comfortable with (Not their fault). After discussing with my wife she decided to go with a mid-size Hybrid. Not only was this a painless experience BUT not ONE TIME did they make myself or family feel like an inconvenience and we were there for about 4 hours looking at all cars and trucks they offered. I could not recommend them enough and I WILL be back! More
