Horrible experience and costly Slowest technician I’ve ever seen. The tech made a mistake replacing the brake fluid with the incorrect fluid, then drained the fluid from two of four Slowest technician I’ve ever seen. The tech made a mistake replacing the brake fluid with the incorrect fluid, then drained the fluid from two of four wheels and added the correct fluid leaving two wheels still with the wrong stuff. Anyone can make a mistake but fix it right! The service writer had an attitude about the whole ordeal. No apology either. Never again. James made an honest mistake. I understand.
