They keep me informed about the condition of my tires, breaks, battery, and even wipers! They ask me before performing any service outside of what I've asked and even show me the filters to get my opinion before replacing them. They are very good at explaining things such as carbon buildup and how it will affect my car's performance. They also have a shuttle so that I can get to and from the office while they work on my car! I am very comfortable with all the staff that I've had dealings with and I've never felt pressured into doing or getting something I didn't feel was necessay.
