He presented the various financing options, extended warranty and service options; helped choose; printed the temporary insurance card for the car; finally all those signatures that cramp your hand! Both gentlement were great and provided a great low pressure buying experience. I previously bought a Fusion from John, at that time he showed great patience for a couple of months while I decided on the vehicle of my dreams, certainly a tribute to a salesman.
