Body shop repair Just a shout out to the team at Capital City Ford. Did an awesome job repairing my van. Once repair was done there was internal transmission problems they took my van back and got everything fixed with my insurance company to eliminate me any headaches dealing with them. We purchased a Ford F150 for my husband a few years ago and appreciated their customer service, their courtesy, and the attention to detail in communicating with us at that time. And of course, we have enjoyed their courtesy in the follow up service over these past years. So when it came time to trade my 2013 Ford Explorer we went back to the Joe Machens Dealership, and back to the salesman who sold us the truck....Doug Keeler. Everyone involved in the purchasing effort of the vehicle was more than helpful and accommodating. Three that I will name here who went above and beyond to assist us in making the deal were the salesman Doug Keeler, the sales manager Brian Lorts, and the business manager Matt Wilde.
