Purchase of a used Ford Explorer 4X4 Limited Doug was patient in helping me find the right vehicle for my current personal and family needs. First we went to the internet and searched the listing of current vehicles available that seemed to fit what I was trying to find and then when we finished he also suggested a vehicle that was being traded to the dealership at the time I was there. We discussed the vehicle and when it was available Doug had me come back to the dealership to take it for a test drive. The vehicle seemed like an extremely well cared for car that was in excellent condition. I had previously checked with the credit union and local bank regarding the value of the car and I purchased the vehicle following my test drive. Doug was also helpful by introducing me to the service manager to discuss future care of the vehicle. When I came to take final possession of the car Doug was outside personally drying off the car after it had been detailed. More
