Crappy The dealership didn’t want to loan me a vehicle while mine was being looked at. The lady at the window was very crabby and didn’t make me feel like sh The dealership didn’t want to loan me a vehicle while mine was being looked at. The lady at the window was very crabby and didn’t make me feel like she wanted to help me. When I returned the loaned vehicle, I was told it had a large scratch on the passenger door when I know it did not happen while I had it. I explained twice that the car was parked in my garage and no one was near it until I returned it to the dealership. I then ended up getting very upset with the girl that called and told her I was not going to pay for something that didn’t happen while I had it. After my horrible experience, nothing was figured out with my own car. More

Trenton Lincoln the Service Advisor was very courteous, professional and sympathetic to my situation. Trenton got my truck right in to be diagnosed and repaired. He or another advisor would give updates periodically on the vehicle. I came in without an appointment and I was done and out of there within an hour. They made a bad situation very easy and relaxed. I appreciated all of the complimentary snacks and drinks in the waiting area. Very nice experience at Joe Machens Capital City Ford in Jefferson City. Disappointing I was asked to bring my truck in at 7:30, service did not start to look at the truck till after 3:30. Simple oil change and tire rotation And check reservoir Dropped vehicle off at 9:30 and was planning on waiting. Luckily decided to leave and run errands because it wasn’t finished till 4:10pm.
