Great customer service after the sale The service manager was willing to work with us when we needed him to so that we could get our truck fixed. We were given a vehicle to drive even though we do not live in Columbia. The service was done in a timely manner. We have had several techs at a different location look at our vehicle but the techs at Columbia found the problem and fixed it. They were very understanding and listened to our concerns.... More

Six visits later...I sold my truck Multiple problems over the seven years I had my vehicle. Rarely would they fix my problem on the first visit. They would try to charge me my deductibl Multiple problems over the seven years I had my vehicle. Rarely would they fix my problem on the first visit. They would try to charge me my deductible at every visit even though it was the same problem. At times, I would make an appointment, and they wouldn’t even get to my vehicle. My latest problem was a leak. It took six visits to correct. I love the F150. However, at the end I sold my F150 for a new truck just to get away from Joe Machens Capital City Ford. I will never go back. More
Received quick appointment and service. I had discovered a problem with my f250 a few days earlier all four wheels got hot. I had no idea what it could be. When I drove it the 30 miles to I had discovered a problem with my f250 a few days earlier all four wheels got hot. I had no idea what it could be. When I drove it the 30 miles to the dealership the wheels did not get hot. They pulled all four wheels checked brakes and rotors and I had suspected a possible electronic skid control malfunction, but there were no codes created when they checked. They made a diligent effort to discover what could have caused the hot wheels, brakes and hubs and could not discover the problem. My hope is is doesn't happen again especially when I'm pulling my camper somewhere on a trip. I greatly appreciate the effort made by the service department to try and solve this problem but I know things can happen that can't be located or explained. The service department was congenial throughout the process. I appreciate them. More

When I went to check out I realized that I had a NO CHARGE service because of the number of past services that had been done. That was a nice surprise. More
