The scheduler apparently screwed up and didn't enter all the services requested which delayed the service and took much longer that necessary. I am Very unhappy about the windshield replacement in my 2020 f150. I had a quiet truck before, now it is loud as xxxx inside the cabin. The service area was poorly ran. When I was there to pick up my vehicle I was there over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Rude and unfriendly people. I needed my oil changed. Machens has been doing the oil changes since the vehicle was new. The "upsells" are getting ridiculous. there are more and more every time I take the vehicle in.....and they're n changes since the vehicle was new. The "upsells" are getting ridiculous. there are more and more every time I take the vehicle in.....and they're not cheap. And the wait time for the service to be completed keeps getting longer. My wife usually takes this vehicle in and she's not happy. I'll change oil and do brakes at home. More

Took care of an unscheduled repair issue on the same day as taking it in. I appreciated that effort. I was hopeful that a recall repair would be covered, but my car was beyond the 5 years allotted under the as taking it in. I appreciated that effort.
