As always Joe Machens Capital City Ford provided great service. I always feel welcomed and respected. I was in the process of converting a lease to a sale and my car wouldn’t start, I called Matt Wilde an service. I always feel welcomed and respected. I was in the process of converting a lease to a sale and my car wouldn’t start, I called Matt Wilde and a very courteous service person was in my garage within 15 minutes to start the carsincebit takes at least 10 minutes to get from the dealership to my house that’s service. I drove the car to the dealership and I was in and out with a new battery in under one hour. More

Have always been satisfied with service, but last visit I discovered they did not rotate tires as requested on silver package and did not document it on the service ticket.
