Inspection for concern I asked them to inspect my truck because it rolled while in park. When I came to pick up, they couldn't explain the charges when I asked about the bil I asked them to inspect my truck because it rolled while in park. In fact, they said they didn't even know why some where listed and the best they could do was to look up a coupon and give me a discount on the $100 charges for an inspection. I asked if they had a schedule of fees for types of inspections, they said they didn't know and couldn't show me. I asked about what they actually did and they explained and that they charge $120 an hour for a labor rate, but when I asked how long it took, they couldn't tell me and it wasn't itemized. The end explanation for the service I got was the truck is still going to roll while in park because that's the way it was designed. Designed to roll in park? Not just a little (like a foot) for the pawl to click in. It rolled about 6 feet and struck my house! Even though they replicated the fault in testing, they couldn't diagnose anything and said the damage to the truck and house was not going to be covered under any warranty. Wow... I guess I should've bought a chevy. More
