Awesomeness! Dan was/is awesome. He has been our contact/sales person over the past two leases and definitely will return to him again. My wife has a Volkswagon Pa Dan was/is awesome. He has been our contact/sales person over the past two leases and definitely will return to him again. My wife has a Volkswagon Passat and truly likes the Volkswagon brand of vehicles (not diesel). However, she is considering when lease is up to come see Dan and possibly switch to Hyundai (which has been fond of this brand since the purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Tucson from Tucson AZ. The time Dan takes to know what desires to have on a vehicle, to showing what's available on the lot, to honoring our religious beliefs and making sure the whole process of re-leasing (including signatures on paperwork) are done before the Sabbath on a Friday, to investigating further to see a vehicle he knows would prefer is being delivered further in the week, to discussing payment options - ok, this list could go on and on. We will be back to Joe Machens Hyundai in the future for service needs on the vehicle, but most importantly to visit with Dan! Terence, financial associate, interacted with my wife and I as if he has also known us for a long time (this was our first interaction with him). He was upbeat, smiled constantly, joked around, and multi-tasked efficiently as helping other associates when needed and apologizing to us at the same time. More
