Very Happy Customer! I didn't know what to expect at first, since I had a bad experience at the Joe Machens In Jefferson City a year prior. To my surprise Austin and Teren I didn't know what to expect at first, since I had a bad experience at the Joe Machens In Jefferson City a year prior. To my surprise Austin and Terence were very helpful and were non-judgmental of my credit situation. Austin was friendly and was not pushy at all he showed me two cars before was able to find me the perfect vehicle.
