Very Happy Customer! I didn't know what to expect at first, since I had a bad experience at the Joe Machens In Jefferson City a year prior. To my surprise Austin and Teren I didn't know what to expect at first, since I had a bad experience at the Joe Machens In Jefferson City a year prior. To my surprise Austin and Terence were very helpful and were non-judgmental of my credit situation. Austin was friendly and was not pushy at all he showed me two cars before was able to find me the perfect vehicle. Terence was friendly and professional and was able to get me a good finance deal on my vehicle that I am sure I would not have been able to obtain anywhere else.
