I went in to Machens with no intent of buying a car due to my previous experience with other dealerships telling me they couldn't help me lower my payment. Alex not only got me into a lower payment but a newer car that I absolutely LOVE that same day! Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and personable. Walter Moore in the finance department was wonderful and explained everything in great detail.
