Toyota 4Runner I felt as though I was at a used car dealership the entire time. I was looking for a new car and searching around to different dealerships. I mentione I felt as though I was at a used car dealership the entire time. I was looking for a new car and searching around to different dealerships. I mentioned that several times and was not looking to make any deals. I was asked to sign for the car 5-6 times through the entire experience, I was pushed to buy new and drive away with it that day after stating I was shopping around. After, I went to another dealership and ended up going with them. A few days later, I was called by Toyota and asked what my update was, I said I most likely purchasing somewhere because I found the car I wanted. I was still pressured to look at cars at Toyota and buy from them even after I told them my decision was final. More

Unhelpful rude confusing unorganized service Horrible unorganized confusing long unhelpful rude service with the addition of being lied to several times by several individuals who have now cost u Horrible unorganized confusing long unhelpful rude service with the addition of being lied to several times by several individuals who have now cost us money on multiple situations now very quick and uncaring service on if we got helped or understood what was being paid for ending in just leaving after half of what i was wanting done because of how exhausting it was to get that far alot of just getting told that was simeone else's job and just getting pushed thru the people and departments that resulted in nothing instead of someone stepping up and fixing the xxxxxxxx lies weather or not its their xxxxing job because there man job should be customer service but dont expect that at this dealership wont be getting anymore of my business and i will for sure be spreading the word not to go there and i will be using the appropriate channels to go as high as i can to get this dealership to pay for all their lies since management at the dealership is not any better then the rest of the employees there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hate this place! !!!!!!!!!!!!! Speedy My rear view mirror was fixed within a few hours. Oil change only Went for oil change, showed them had letter from machens . I was on time. Took 3 hours and they charged for tire rotation and said we’re going to wash Went for oil change, showed them had letter from machens . I was on time. Also took son to game room and half of the equipment was broke. It always takes too long here. More
