They performed a very thorough inspection and detailing process while they loaned me a similar model from the lot to test drive in the mean time. Stephen and Anthony were also extremely helpful in making the buying process transparent, and they even took my motorcycle as a trade in vehicle! He would tell us everything that was going on and not tell us things that we wanted to hear, he would set down and go over numbers and everything. We came in looking for a used cheap vehicle because we thought we could not get approved for anything because the other machens dealership would not work with us. After talking to Sam he said would you like a new vehicle and I said I can’t afford that. He sat down with us went though the numbers and we could. So we left with a 2019 Voltswagen Jetta. More

Feeling better, but still concerned about my purchae These guys took care of me. I have a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. This is my 5th visit and this time it was for a cracked screen. Very frustratin These guys took care of me. I have a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. This is my 5th visit and this time it was for a cracked screen. Very frustrating beings the car is only 6 months old. They fixed it and some of the other things that were wrong with the car when I got it. Chipped paint and my door panels were scratched. The general manager came by as I was frustrated with having to come I yet again. He documented the problems and let me know we would keep an eye on everything. I feel confident that they will take care of me if my car continues to have problems. My concern is the problems when it’s out of warranty. More
