Feeling better, but still concerned about my purchae These guys took care of me. I have a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. This is my 5th visit and this time it was for a cracked screen. Very frustratin These guys took care of me. I have a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. This is my 5th visit and this time it was for a cracked screen. Very frustrating beings the car is only 6 months old. They fixed it and some of the other things that were wrong with the car when I got it. Chipped paint and my door panels were scratched. The general manager came by as I was frustrated with having to come I yet again. He documented the problems and let me know we would keep an eye on everything. I feel confident that they will take care of me if my car continues to have problems. My concern is the problems when it’s out of warranty. More
