Terence Felder was quick, precise, and fun to work with. That was the fastest and most enjoyable time I have ever spent in a finance office. Matt Smiley worked hard to get the numbers close to where I needed them and was friendly and upfront about how he arrived at the numbers. I would have given the dealership all 5 stars if it weren't for the sales desk manager that tried to get me to buy the car at a monthly payment around $160 more than what I had communicated with the dealership before and after my two hour drive and was told by the internet manager they could get the payment close to where I needed it and we had discussed some of the discounts and incentives. The sales manager tried to get me to buy the new Passat at full price and the lower end value on my trade. Playing games like that made me want to walk out. Then Matt Smiley came over and I dealt with him and we were able to negotiate good numbers and I understood where he was coming from with the numbers. If it hadn't of been for the initial numbers game I would have given 5 stars on everything. In the end I drove out with my new VW. More
