Since my car shopping was conducted entirely online & agreement to hold/purchase vehicle was done over phone, I'd have to say Sam was quite helpful answering all questions. Upon arrival to dealership, I was greeted by Sam before even stepping foot in the door. During the most recent visit, technicians changed the oil, rotated the tires, checked the fluids and the engine, and installed a Volkswagen Beetle!
