I brought my car in on April 25th for an oil change and new tires. I asked them to check the brakes and rotors at this time as well. They said I definitely needed 4 new tires and my brakes and rotors were new tires. I asked them to check the brakes and rotors at this time as well. They said I definitely needed 4 new tires and my brakes and rotors were fine. Fast forward to June when my car is vibrating when breaking. I called and asked to have them look again. This time I’m told I need to replace brakes and rotors all around. The day I brought my car in they could only replace the back brakes and rotors. They needed parts for the front. The next day I had to leave out of state for a family emergency but as I was driving to the airport I had this grinding sound coming from the front of the car everytime I was breaking. My car never made that sound before. I called the dealership and explained what happened and that I could pay for the service over the phone or wait until I got back into town that following week. We agreed to do the rest when I got back into town. I get my car back to the dealership and they proceeded to do my front brakes and rotors and supposedly fixed the grinding noise. When I left I called back to let them know my car was still making the grinding noise. This was on a Friday. They told me they wouldn’t be able to get me back in until Monday because they were soo booked up on Saturday. Not knowing what this noise is and them telling me to continue to drive my car over the weekend was very upsetting. I did not want to further aggravate the situation but was told that it would be fine. I was worried that I would be told it was going to be another charge after I already spent $2000 with VW. They asked how they could help and I asked for a rental for the weekend and immediately I was told no. I was told Everyone on Saturday had priority over my vehicle that was messed up under their care prior to Saturday. I have been bringing my car to VW for a few years now and it’s always been pleasant until last week. I immediately called Nissan told them what happened and they are getting me in to fix the problem that was caused by VW and a transmission flush. Which I told at VW would cost me over $500 At VW but at Nissan it’s $212 with labor. Needless to say I will never buy a car from VW again and I will not be servicing my vehicle there. Really crappy customer service and I won’t be back. More

Update: The car was fixed and all electrical issues appear to have been resolved. Thanks to Jeff and the guys at the shop. MY22 buyers beware. No update on service, reminder stick not applied, no offer of car wash, service advisor was off and request for updates were not forwarded, couldn’t find car on pickup, employee had to search for it.
