Well, it’s been 3 weeks since posting the review and almost 2 months since purchasing the vehicle and your team knowing about the issue… still no calls. How much opportunity do you need? After reading some of the other reviews, I see I’m not the first person to buy a problem vehicle from this dealership. Nothing is perfect, stuff breaks, and nobody is going to catch everything 100% of the time - I get it. I don’t expect perfection and I never expected to be reimbursed for the $1,000+ in bills that I’ve racked up to fix the problem that I was sold. What I do expect is some professionalism and that seems to be severely lacking here. Please find some before your next sale.
