Very good if you have an appointment and are going to wait on your vehicle. Do not make an appointment and drop it off. I made an 8am appointment on November 23rd to get an oil change and a transmission wait on your vehicle. Do not make an appointment and drop it off. I made an 8am appointment on November 23rd to get an oil change and a transmission service. Transmission had to be cold to service so I dropped it off the day before. (Nov 22nd at 1pm) I live an hour away from the dealership. I got to Columbia around 3pm thinking my car would be finished SINCE I HAD AN 8AM APPOINTMENT. No had to wait a hour and a half once I got there. Before my car was complete. Why do you have appointment times if you don't follow them. The last thing I want to do is wait on a vehicle that had an appointment time 9 hours earlier than it was complete. Not happy with this visit due to that reason. Service was performed and car is running fine. Might want to do a better job managing appointments as a customer our time is just as valuable as yours. More
