I waited for ten minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence and waited 40 before the car was checked in. Then was asked about the diesel service and the automobile is NOT a diesel. The service writer asked if I would want to reschedule because THEY were overbooked. It wasn’t until I asked if I needed to get the GM involved before anyone acted like they cared. More
