Joe Myers has a very nice service area. The covered drive through is big and open. There are a lot of service reps including Veki who quickly took care of what I wanted done. The waiting area that is next to the show room is hugh with several tv’s, personal computer areas, and a nice free coffee machine. Met a service advisor named Shane who’s sole job is dealing with customer complaints. I’ve never personally seen that before. Since he had no complaints to deal with, we chatted for a while. I usually dread taking my vehicle to a dealership for service but surprisingly this was a very pleasant experience. More
