This dealership advertised a vehicle on Capitol One Auto Navigator for $41,336 on or about March 5, 2022. When I began the process to purchase the vehicle they claimed the advertised price was incorrect and Navigator for $41,336 on or about March 5, 2022. When I began the process to purchase the vehicle they claimed the advertised price was incorrect and that the price was actually $54,991! They blamed Capitol One for the error when it was clearly the dealership's fault. No one at the dealership has attempted to work with me to make this right. It's hard to believe that someone can stay in business with such poor practices. More

While my car was in for repair, John kept in constant communication with me advising issues, cost and lead time for return. The two girls at the front desk were fantastic, very friendly, inviting and mad communication with me advising issues, cost and lead time for return. The two girls at the front desk were fantastic, very friendly, inviting and made the check out process very easy. Only issue was the mechanic missed my turbo issue originally and had to complete a second diagnostic however seems to have done an excellent job with the repair. As this was a dealer repair, I don’t expect it to be cheap however a number of issues were resolved under warranty which always helps. More
