That type of personality will bring your dealer out of business. More

Set an appointment with service for a oil change and tire rotation. Took some time but went ok. Was over charged at cashier but after complaining the charge was taken off. Ask for a car wash but was told it was out of order. Went to get my car and the tailgate would not open. Walk bach to service desk and told advisor that the door won't open. He tried but the door would not open. After several tries he managed to open the door. When he closed it back it would not open again. The oil service guy took note about the problem with the door. I told him that I would bring it back in next week. I will still give this Dealership top marks. More
