JD, my son told me that Joe Myers Ford was the number one place to buy a new vehicle. My Son then introduced me to Mr. Pat Goldwait,GM. Then Mr. Pat Goldwait told me he would take very good care of me, and place to buy a new vehicle. My Son then introduced me to Mr. Pat Goldwait,GM. Then Mr. Pat Goldwait told me he would take very good care of me, and that he did.. He Introduced me to Greg Martin-Client Advisor, who then Showed us the new Fords on the lot. Instantly found the one I wanted, After taking a test drive. I was so impressed with the Ford edge 2022- Greg Martin said let’s make a deal. So all the legality where very quickly finalized. Mr. Pat Goldwait, GM then did something in all my years I’ve never had happen. Mr. Goldwait checked the final paperwork over one more time, told me congratulations, that he was sure I would love my new Ford Edge SEL AWD. I was introduced to Craig Bosley Finance - Manager to Finalize the purchase. I’m very impressed by his Actions, even to the point he made me believe in Ford Motor Corporation again!!! “Outstanding Job” I will recommend Joe Myers Ford in Houston,Texas to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle they made me a believer in Ford Products once again what a team. I have been with Joe Myers Ford for 13 years and have purchased 12 vehicles from them. Today I took my mom in to get a new vehicle. I spoke with the GM Pat and asked for a great salesman and he set me up purchased 12 vehicles from them. Today I took my mom in to get a new vehicle. Salesman was AWESOME!. However have service done elsewhere. The service advisor I was saddled with is a miss. AND, when I purchased my vehicle Finance tells me if I buy the top tear warrantee they w elsewhere. The service advisor I was saddled with is a miss. AND, when I purchased my vehicle Finance tells me if I buy the top tear warrantee they will provide a loaner car when service is needed. Well when I call to bring the truck in for a 3rd time with SAME problem I'm told there are none. The truck has been in the shop a total of 3 months of the 7 months I've owned it. They had to bring Field Servises in to fix it last time. That's not the dealers fault, I understand. But I can't understand WHY Finance would tell me 1 thing, then service tell me another, when they had it for 2 entire months last time. I had to call the GM to get info on my vehicle as I was not kept informed.. Then I am told I should call him back and see if I can get his help with the matter. Then I mentioned I should find a dealer closer to my home, and was told I could do so. Service is a big part of revenue for a dealer...I thought. Just be careful the service dept. Sales was AWESOME More
