My experience with this dealership has not been one of trust, truth and transparency. Due to issues encountered with the loaner Ford Escape which I purchased I was promised via their tracking system I OWE trust, truth and transparency. Due to issues encountered with the loaner Ford Escape which I purchased I was promised via their tracking system I OWE part replacement of damaged lift gate parts and a payment of $500. This dealership, Pedro (Finance Mgr.) and Mr, Goldwait (GM) have not honored their commitment even though I was assured they would. They have not responded to my follow up calls, texts and emails. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt however they have not earned it. Hoping they will regain their integrity and follow through with their commitments. More

The team I worked with were great. I enjoyed working with all of them. They weren’t out just to sell a vehicle.
