The whole operation needs a overhaul including the GM Pat . They put something in my Def tank. Joe Myers Ford is a place you don’t want to do business with. I purchased 2020 f250 brand new. Took my truck in . They put something in my Def tank. Joe Myers Ford is a place you don’t want to do business with. I purchased 2020 f250 brand new. Took my truck in to be serviced for maintenance (oil change). Everything went smoothly that day by my surprise. Fast forward the story. I’m driving and my check engine light pop on in my BRAND NEW F250 Easter weekend. Monday morning i took my truck back to joe Myers Ford. They kept my truck for a day and call me the next day to tell me that “I” put something other than def in my truck. At this point I’m livid because I know I didn’t put any def in my truck in 3 weeks. Fast forward I go up to joe Myers to inspect stuff myself because I own a trucking company and know the difference between def and Diesal. I requested to speak with the shop manager and he basically proceeded to blame me! So I made a decision to have them to drop the tank without knowing if I would be liable or not. We agreed that they would pull the tank the next day with ME so I could see for myself. I left, received a called maybe 2 hrs later from the shop. Shop sup proceed to tell me that they checked the paperwork and seen I just brought my truck in for (service) maintenance and one of our drivers put def fluid in your truck to top it off. At this point I’m livid again because not only did you accuse me of messing up truck but it was your service guys who did. I spoke with the general manager he insured me that he will give me a call back after he gathered details. I’m still waiting on this man to call me!! I then requested to trade my truck in for top value and put me in another truck. They tried to low ball me after messing up my brand new truck. Moral of the story go somewhere else. I have and attorney looking into the matter. My truck was down for a week and half a truck I make money with. You would think my loaner would’ve been a truck. Nope!! RUN!!!!! More

Extremely knowledgeable and he can be reached long after the sale... It's definitely worth the trip... I have made it over 10 times myself. More
