Took my truck in for the 2019 Transmission Recall and GPS monitoring problem. Jonathan was my advisor. Jonathan was very professional and provided me updates on what was going on with my truck daily. The recall repair and GPS ISSUE took about 2-3 weeks due to the wait for parts but I expected that seeing that it is a nationwide pandemic going on. Upon getting my truck back, it was clean and my problem was fixed. I also dealt with the service director Daniel, And Daniel stepped in to notify me Ford having to deal with my GPS problem. I couldn’t be more than thankful to know he is the head that runs an exceptional service department amongst all other staff members as well. I would welcome his assistance in future work I have and refer all of my friends and family to Joe Meyers Ford Service. Great job guys! Keep up the good work! More

I just had to return my car b/c the toe was tighten too much which caused several issues. I can't prove it but I think after driving my car in that condition my rear tires were ruined. I had to go put two much which caused several issues. I can't prove it but I think after driving my car in that condition my rear tires were ruined. I had to go put two new tires on the rear. I'm so glad I caught this before driving to OKC. If my tires were in that conditions prior than I should have been told about it before leaving the dealership. I bring my vehicle to the dealership because I'm under the impression that I will receive better service. This last experience makes me wonder????? I must end by stating I was so glad to have Brad & Elaine listening to my concerns. More
