We contacted this dealership about a vehicle we saw online. We are from Arkansas and were anxious to get the deal done. We spoke to a guy named Dominic. He sent pictures and videos, took all of our financial information, then for three days he strung us along by saying there was a hold up with financing. We rented a car to drive down and pick up this vehicle because he kept assuring us these were just minor delays. We finally called the finance department to see exactly what the delay was. Come to find out the vehicle had sold the very day we inquired about it. These people are dishonest. Not only did they string us along fit three days, they took all of our personal information including a picture of my husband’s social security card WITH NO INTENTION OF SELLING US A VEHICLE! Not trustworthy and very shady. BEWARE! More

I bought my Ford Escape at Joe Myers Ford last November 2019. Cedric Davis was my sales person. Today in November 2020 My vehicle received an oil change and Tire rotation. When I received my car after the services were performed I was very pleased. I like the method in which I was met by a service man when I drove up. The service man, Luis who met me on arrival signed up my service needs, took my vehicle to the shop and when the work was completed brought it back to an easy accessible location for my pickup. I will need to make an appointment for next week for further vehicle adjustments . I would like to deal with the same service man Luis to attend to my vehicle.
