Joe's The Best My truck was in for repairs after a tire delamination so I decided to have some other issues addressed while the vehicle was there. Before the truck went to collision I met with Joe Courtney and explained what was going on with my Sync, shared my concerns about the TPMS, as it;s an early version and asked if it could be adjusted and then requested a full synthetic oil change. Joe informed me that he would get the vehicle to collision and keep me informed. While at collision, Wanda called me weekly to give me updates. After the body work was complete, Joe got the truck back and serviced the issues mentioned above. When I went to pick up the vehicle I did not know that the collision facility was further up 290 as there is still a building, at the dealership that says Body Shop. Joe was kind enough to grab a vehicle and take me there as my wife had dropped me off. Joe has been a great service writer that I have dealt with for several years. He is an asset to the company. I have been putting off my 15K Mile servicing on my Focus because of the pandemic. Joe Myers Ford made it so easy with a driver picking it up and returning it to me the same day!!
