Dan is the best guy that joe Meyer has but only if you could work with him and him a lone. Any way I took my truck in for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours that is unexceptionable. Not only did she keep me informed of the service that was taking place, I worked with my service representative Michael Gregory, and she was awesome. Not only did she keep me informed of the service that was taking place, but she also went out of the way to check on another item I needed through the parts department, even though it was not part of the service for my truck. I also appreciate the fact that the price was comparable to other repair shops and the warranty was two years instead of one like the other repair shops I checked with. More

The guy said he left and the manager was looking into it. The internet manager told me that he would have the car ready and waiting for me. As I was leaving I stopped and asked a salesman if he could help me. He acted as if he did not hear me. I am not a soft voice person. There is no way he did not hear me!! Just lost a customer Joe Myers!! you suck! More
