So glad it was a work vehicle. I would never take personal vehicle for service. Scheduled an appointment for a recall in person and came back for the service on scheduled day and was told no one had personal vehicle for service. Scheduled an appointment for a recall in person and came back for the service on scheduled day and was told no one had me scheduled. The service advisor Rico denied helping me to schedule the recall. I waited hours for a simple door latch replacement. Upon waiting hours I was told I was in a waiting line for a technician. The whole purpose in making an appointment was to avoid a big delay in which I got a 3 in a half hour wait as I saw other customers come and go. More
