Elaine is great. I truly appreciate the fact she listens to my concerns and addresses all the issues I have regarding my truck. She does this without making me feel silly or even dumb, since I have no kno to my concerns and addresses all the issues I have regarding my truck. Received follow-up call from Elaine to validate what services I wanted per my request. She is absolutely the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with ! Elaine is "on top" of her game, stays in good communication, and moves the process along ! FORD and OTHERS should hire her to do training of customer service personnel …….. She is an A+++++++ employee and a real pleasure to do business with. Joe Myers is a 5 Star Service organization headed up by Joe Lavigne …. he also took a personal interest in a problem that we were having issues resolving with the Apple Play unit …….. rarely have I ever had a Service Manager actually get involved to find a solution.
