Shady dealership with fake online ads and pricing, trying to make you go personally there so they can twist the numbers and screw you. Worst thing? they are doing with fake online ads and pricing, trying to make you go personally there so they can twist the numbers and screw you. Worst thing? they are doing this in the middle of COVID pandemic, exposing you to go to the dealership just to scam you. Is a shame dealership like this exists. More

In the middle of this panademic my fairly new Ford Escape was overheating. I called and spoke with Elaine Lambert in service. She asked me a few questions in a professional manner and asked if I could bri was overheating. I called and spoke with Elaine Lambert in service. She asked me a few questions in a professional manner and asked if I could bring the car in. I told her that I was available immediately and I went straight to the dealership. Elaine came out to greet me with enthusiasm and asked me some technical questions as to the problem issues. She took my info and sent me home in a paid Uber ride. For 2 days she kept me updated and called immediately when the car was as ready. Outstanding. A piece of mind in a crisis. More

We are from out of state, so obviously if we wanted to purchase, it would all have to be done over the phone/electronically. Found one we liked and made an offer, which they declined - no big deal, we und purchase, it would all have to be done over the phone/electronically. Found one we liked and made an offer, which they declined - no big deal, we understood completely. However, Waleed called us that afternoon and counter offered. We accepted the offer, told him we we would be on our way to sell our car for the down payment (already had something lined up in case we were able to make a deal) and that we would call him back as soon as we were done, to get everything taken care of over the phone/electronically. Waleed said, "Sounds good, I'll talk to you soon." We called him back shortly after and had to leave a voicemail. About an hour or two later, we hadn't heard back from him, so we reached out to our salesman from the morning. He seemed a bit confused, almost as if he didnt know the deal had been made. He said he would send us the application, but called us back immediately and said not to do the application because someone else was working a deal on it at the moment. At this point we are VERY confused and livid, rightfully so. We reiterated the fact that Waleed was the one who reached out to us and that we should take priority. He explained that he would have to talk to Waleed and he would call us back. Hadn't heard back for a while, so we texted him asking what they had figured out. He responded saying they sold the car. First of all, WALEED is the one who called US! And it was NEVER offered to us to put money down to place a hold on it. Second of all, even if there was a miscommunication (or lack thereof) among colleagues, we should have taken priority the moment they realized the mistake. Instead, Waleed CHOSE to ignore us and continued to let the deal progress with the other person. And lastly, Waleed KNEW we were selling our car for the down payment, which we would have NEVER done had we not made a deal on this vehicle. So now, we no longer have a car, due to Waleed's complete lack of professionalism and refusal to call us back after HE made the deal with US! At the VERY least, he should have at least acknowledged HIS mistake and took responsibility for it. We know multiple people in Houston and surrounding areas and I will NEVER recommend this shady place to anyone. More
