We are from out of state, so obviously if we wanted to purchase, it would all have to be done over the phone/electronically. Found one we liked and made an offer, which they declined - no big deal, we und purchase, it would all have to be done over the phone/electronically. We accepted the offer, told him we we would be on our way to sell our car for the down payment (already had something lined up in case we were able to make a deal) and that we would call him back as soon as we were done, to get everything taken care of over the phone/electronically. Waleed said, "Sounds good, I'll talk to you soon." We called him back shortly after and had to leave a voicemail. About an hour or two later, we hadn't heard back from him, so we reached out to our salesman from the morning. He seemed a bit confused, almost as if he didnt know the deal had been made. He said he would send us the application, but called us back immediately and said not to do the application because someone else was working a deal on it at the moment. At this point we are VERY confused and livid, rightfully so. We reiterated the fact that Waleed was the one who reached out to us and that we should take priority. He explained that he would have to talk to Waleed and he would call us back. Hadn't heard back for a while, so we texted him asking what they had figured out. He responded saying they sold the car. First of all, WALEED is the one who called US! And it was NEVER offered to us to put money down to place a hold on it. Second of all, even if there was a miscommunication (or lack thereof) among colleagues, we should have taken priority the moment they realized the mistake. Instead, Waleed CHOSE to ignore us and continued to let the deal progress with the other person. And lastly, Waleed KNEW we were selling our car for the down payment, which we would have NEVER done had we not made a deal on this vehicle. So now, we no longer have a car, due to Waleed's complete lack of professionalism and refusal to call us back after HE made the deal with US! At the VERY least, he should have at least acknowledged HIS mistake and took responsibility for it. We know multiple people in Houston and surrounding areas and I will NEVER recommend this shady place to anyone. More

We went to Joe Meyer after calling and discussing online pricing and final sale of the vehicle I was interested in buying. I was taking to several dealers and wanted to go with the best deal I could get. Th pricing and final sale of the vehicle I was interested in buying. I was taking to several dealers and wanted to go with the best deal I could get. The other dealers were straight forward with their online pricing as opposed to Joe Myers... Frankie didn’t even have the vehicles I was interested in were not even ready to be seen when we arrived. I called before we headed towards the dealership and asked the sales person to have them ready.. The limited explorer didn’t have the bucket seats that it has listed online, while the ST was in the service department and the sales guy couldn’t find it. They should have been ready to show because I called and told them we were on our way to see the vehicles and the ST being in the service department raised red flags... Financing was a disaster. The vehicle that was posted for 48k was somehow raised to 51.980 with a down payment of 3k.... and get this... They wanted to finalize payments at 768.89... If you multiply that by the 72 months of 0% interest it comes out to 55,360 plus the 3k of down payment and that comes out to 58K... The MSRP is only 55k!!! I quickly shot down the flex plan because I want straight forward and they can’t do it!!! These people are thieves and snakes.... DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I have pictures of the online price with the fine print, and I also have a copy of the financing scam they tried. These people are crooked. I asked for invoice price of the vehicle and they couldn’t show it. A fair price is a few thousand over invoice not 3k over MSRP... DO NOT TRUST THE Fake 0% or any deal that ever have, it is a scam they try and play with numbers... Multiply your monthly payments by the months they want to do in-house “financing” and it’s how much you will end up paying total. I wouldn’t mind seeing the invoice then making a deal so everyone was paid, because in the end that’s fair. BE VIGILANT OF SNAKES when buying a car here... NEVER AGAIN!!! More
