He took customer's interest at the highest priority, handling everything from our perspectives and trying his best to help us to find right vehicle. Best new car buying experience I've ever had. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. After I walked out of one dealership due to getting the runaround and then having a truck sold out from u This was an absolutely fantastic experience. After I walked out of one dealership due to getting the runaround and then having a truck sold out from under me by another dealer, I went to Joe Myers. Not only did they beat all the offers I was previously given, but they also beat them by quite a bit. My salesman, John Templeton, was simply amazing. Since I had such bad experiences at two other Ford dealerships, I wasn't going to drive in until I knew it would be worth my while. John was more than willing to work with me over the phone. John sent photos and a video of the truck and included all the information I needed so I was able to run in and within a few hours drive away with a new truck! On top of that, I told John I already had financing but John went above and beyond and got me a loan with 0% APR through Ford financing! The whole process from driving in to driving out in my new truck was less than 4 hours. It would have gone quicker but I like to hear myself talk. The only reason I selected 5 stars was that I can’t give any more. Come here for your next Ford and you won’t be disappointed. More

The vehicle price was at fair market value. I purchased a certified used car. That said, the windshield was cracked (semi repaired) right in the drivers view, which was negotiated to be replaced upon purchas certified used car. The following day, while driving to the dealership for windshield repair, 2 tires showed low tire pressure on TPMS. I feel that if a true 172point inspection was performed, this would not have occurred, regardless of a 15 degree drop in temperature. After 3 days of ownership, I still cannot set my entry key pad on the door. I have contacted ford on the 800 number and the dealership, which informed me to go to the nearest ford location. I feel this should have been resolved upon the purchase of the vehicle since I live 1 hour away. That said, Dan did a good job as my sales representative. More

Joe Snow at Joe Meyers Ford was wonderful I live in Austin and had been looking for a truck for a few weeks, but was frustrated with the service I was getting from several of the dealers hear. I live in Austin and had been looking for a truck for a few weeks, but was frustrated with the service I was getting from several of the dealers hear. Joe Myers had their inventory online and had a good price on a truck that I found. I called Joe and told him it was important that there had never been a smoker and that I wanted to drive from Austin to look at it. He went out and took a video of the entire truck and told me there was not smells in the truck. We drove three hours the next morning and he not only represented the truck well but he gave me a fair price for my trade in and the deal was made with no haggling. The numbers came in within a few dollars of what I had figured before I left home. Their financing department was helpful and easy to use. Including the test drive, the truck detail and financing I left with my certified preowned truck in less than 2-1/2 hours. It was a great experience. I have bought from many dealers over the years, but would highly recommend using Joe Snow at Joe Meyers Ford in Houston. The experience was like hanging out with some friends for a couple hours. The entire staff was fun to be around. More
