He told me maybe 2 hours and to go sit in the WR.at approximately over 2 hours he said were busy and they will get to you soon again very cold,that was 11 am finally at 1230 I went to him and said I want to speak to a manager ,I walked over to the check out desk and that is where I met Lauren she informed me the service didn't what to do EXCUSE ME THIS WAS AN SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! She went to take care of it she came back and said please give me an hour and I'll have your car for you.Now I finally left t 130pm she was wonderful and comp my service I will only use Lauren from now on please KEEP THAT TIM AWAY FROM CUSTIMERS HE'S AWFUL More
