I’ve been a customer for the past 15 years and i notice low rotation of personnel, that means a lot. I moved out of the Houston area and I made the mistake to give my business to a local dealer. I liked that he actually tried to be honest about what he could do as well as put some sort of a deal together before running all my info and wasteing my time . Finance dept was quick fast and efficient also very nice and friendly shortest time I ever spent in finance the only negative thing I would say at all is I wish I had gotten a little more off truck I know they made money but hey that’s why there in business and at the end of the day it was my choice to pull the trigger I would highly recommend John templeton and Joe Myers ford to any one .
