He showed us all the different vehicles we asked about and worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted. He never seemed annoyed even when we said we weren’t going to buy anything. He just gave us the information we asked for and continued to help us. We had another guy during the same visit that actually took us to see a vehicle and then left us at the lot to go with another customer and said he was gonna send someone else which no one ever came. Once again Humberto and Shelly both worked hard and we felt very comfortable that we made the right decision when we purchased our edge. More

Amazing Customer Service and Deal! Went in unsure of what I was going to be getting myself into since reading mixed reviews online. The moment I stepped out of my car I was treated like someone my salesman has known his entire life. I knew I was going to be "upside down " on my current car, but wanted to see if there would be a way for me to get int a new truck. Turns out after my salesman Brandon and his manager Chris spoke with me about my concerns and what I was wanting they had a few options pulled around for me to see first hand. Turns out that by the time they pulled up a list of rebates on their computer it helped to get rid of the "upside down" and get me the payment I was requesting. I will never purchase from anywhere else. I understand not everyone will have the same experience I had, but wow some of those reviews are way off and makes me think there is more to the story than what was written. More

Unpleasant Experience with Service Yesterday April 16, I took my F150 in to take care of a recall. Got to the service area before 8 Am fore my appt, and i was told by TJ Kwiatkowski tha Yesterday April 16, I took my F150 in to take care of a recall. Got to the service area before 8 Am fore my appt, and i was told by TJ Kwiatkowski that it would take 2 or 3 hours to do the job, no problem so i went home waiting on a phone call that did not happen. At 1:30 i called the service area looking for TJ and he was not available, so i called again and again and several times i was transferred to his desk and no response and not knowing what was taking so long. At 2:49 I got a text message from TJ saying that some additional items needed attention, so I responded to the text with Ok to go ahead and do the battery work. I called TJ and got hold of him to see how much longer this would take he assured me that it would be ready in an hour or less, so I said great, and he was going to call me when it was ready. By 5Pm i still had not received a call from him so i called again and again he was not available, I asked to speak with a Service manager, not available either. At this point i said to Jen, the lady at the answering service if she could find someone to tell me what was the progress of my truck and for her to not transfer me again. A gentleman picked up a call (not sure of his name)and he told me the service was in progress, and that sometimes it takes 1/2 day to get things done, and that is fine but don't tell me it will take 2 or 3 hours if in fact it will be an 8 to 5 ordeal.While i was on the phone TJ called and claimed to have left me a message (i did not get a message) telling me that my truck was ready at 5:11 PM. I was very frustrated that I had to spend all day with this situation and very unhappy with the customer service at Joe Myers Ford. If the service department or TJ had called me and by noon or at some point as expected to let me know things were not going well, i could have understand and had planned my day differently, as you know everyone is busy and my time is important. It is unfortunate that custumor service was not considerate, i just hope that this Review helps you make improvements on the way you handle your custumors. More
