I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelly drake over the phone about the vehicle. Told her my interest and that I was on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. Once I got there Shelly already had the Cadillac pulled up to the front door waiting on me as well as 3 other vehicles lined up that were similar. She was well educated ok each vehicle and could answer any questions I had just like that. We reviewed car faxes side by side between the vehicles and I ultimately decided on the Cadillac. While we were waiting to cross the Ts and dot the I’s she gave me some snacks and made me feel right at Home. I am a hassle to deal with from time to time and never once did she become flustered and hung in there till the financing was complete. Very much so enjoyed getting to know her alone the way today.
