Strike three you are out!!!! My first experience with Joe Myers Ford was the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, March 2018. The first disservice was the Finance Manager adding a $3 My first experience with Joe Myers Ford was the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, March 2018. The first disservice was the Finance Manager adding a $3000.00 car warranty onto my financing without my permission or request. Nothing was discussed with me. What disappointed even more was the Dealership not taking responsibility and blaming the Finance Manager which they claim to have fired. My loan could not be rewritten with the correct loan amount so they had to process it as a refund and credit it to my loan. The second disappointment was when I brought the car in for service on March 2, 2019. I had called earlier in the week to set this Saturday appointment. I arrived on time and checked my car in and went to sit in the customer waiting room. Remember I came at 11:00am and I sat and watch customer after customer leave before me. I inquired at least three times to the service desk and no one could give me a timeline or why I was almost the last customer for the day. I remained calm and reserve waiting for a Service Manager to come and ask what they could do to apologize for the long delay. Instead absolutely nothing to the day I am writing this review. I completed the survey they send after service. The Service Manager stated on the email that if you did not give them an exceptional rating to call him. I have called and left messages three times. Spoke to a receptionist twice and still no response. That last act of ignoring and not responding to a disgruntle customer is unacceptable. I have lost all respect for Joe Meyers Ford. More
