My husband is very no nonsense and we didn’t have the time or energy to do a lot of haggling for the truck. Glen was good about cutting to the chase and getting the deal done quickly. He was upfront about all the little costs that you don’t see until the end. I can’t recommend him enough. He is very professional and does his job well. Pedro Lopez was the finance guy and he was great to work with as well. When we went in to sign the paperwork it was all done fairly quickly. My husband and I give them both two thumbs up! SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just recently purchase a GT350R from this dealership. It was CPO without any accidents, clean carfax. I know the car had some work done on it previously but everything was "fixed". Drove it less than 50 miles to go back home and BOOM the check engine light pops up. Took it to another dealership and there seems to me numerous issues with the car. Seems like they cleared the check engine lights before the sale. ALWAYS GET A PPI because shady dealerships like this exist. The response from the dealership was " Its covered by the warranty, go get it fixed." Also, the rims are FAKE! After speaking with the service manager I was promised a $500 gas card for my troubles... 4 months later they still did not send the gift card! NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND AVOID THEIR USED CARS! More

Good auto buying experience Knew what I wanted before I got there. Going to the Fleet Manager (whom my son had dealt with previously) made the experience so much shorter and has Knew what I wanted before I got there. On the other hand, the Finance Department’s inability to deal with a title in a Family Trust was a downer. Sounded like the heart of the problem may lie with the auction companies.
