Great Saleman - Josh Terry, HORRIBLE finance department The finance department is shady. Even though I didn't need to be enrolled in any early pay off programs I somehow ended up enrolled in a program that The finance department is shady. Even though I didn't need to be enrolled in any early pay off programs I somehow ended up enrolled in a program that charged $450.00 a year to do bi weekly drafts. When I called the program to opt out there was an early termination fee as well. Also, a portion of the original $450.00 charge was a commission to the finance officer. Go elsewhere for your financing. More

Repair on my 2016 Ford Edge I took my Ford Edge in last month. When I put gas in my car the car starts vibrating and acts like it wants to stall out. The other issue was the pl I took my Ford Edge in last month. When I put gas in my car the car starts vibrating and acts like it wants to stall out. The other issue was the plug in the backseat, everytime you plug something in the plug falls out. The service department advised me they could not duplicate the issue even though I told them this is not normal. Then when I wanted my plug in replaced, because I have less than 36K miles on my car, the service person didn't want to replace the plug because he said it is NORMAL for the plug to come out some. NO, it is not normal. He told me he was going to go look at one of the Ford Edge's there on their lot and see if the plug falls out. Now, what does that have anything to do with my car? Nothing, I am paying for my car along with the warranty, why not just fix what I ask and be done instead of making it a fight! Poor customer service! Finally after having to throw a fit, the plug was replaced and guess what? The plug doesn't fall out now, amazing how that is NORMAL! I was told my car was fixed, when it wasn't fixed because they couldn't figure out the issue. I drove my car all the way home, over an hour drive one way, then I had to go back because I left my cell phone in the loaner car. I had to fill up my car before I drove back. After pumping gas, I started my car back up and it started vibrating and I couldnt even drive to the end of the driveway to the street without my car shaking and vibrating. Well, I called asking the GM to call me back to discuss my issues because I have purchased 5 vehicles from Joe Meyers in the past 5 years and I think the GM needs to know about this. Well, here we are over a month down the road, over 5 messsages I left for the GM and no call back. I called today and the lady said the GM has a busy schedule and it is MONTH END! Ok, great, but January has 31 days, so you are telling me she was too busy all month to care about all the messages I left? Ok, well you do not have to worry about me ever stepping foot back on your property today or ever! I took my car to Mac Haik Ford in Pasadena, which is 10 minutes from my house and guess what! My car is FIXED! I think I just found my new Ford Dealership who apparently listens to their customers when they say something is wrong. They replaced the vapor management valve, canister purge valve, and fuel vapor storage canister, reset my navigation system and replaced the APIM. Now my bluetooth works and my car doesnt shake or vibrate anymore. This is how my visit should have gone at Joe Meyers. More
