Disappointed My husband and I recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus. After driving it a short time we realized that there is a significant wind noise that see My husband and I recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus. After driving it a short time we realized that there is a significant wind noise that seems to be coming from the windshield. After the service department kept my car for 9 days and telling me the windshield needed to be repositioned the car was returned to me without anything being done to eliminate the wind noise. When I called to speak to the service manager, John, about it he was rude. He wasn’t interested in what I had to say and talked over me. He also did not call me back when he had said he would. I am very discouraged that they didn’t fix the issue with my brand new car and that he is the service manager at the dealership where I bought my car. More
