He asked me what day and time I thought I wanted to bring it in and I told him. He texted me a few minutes later and confirmed I had an appointment set for the time I wanted. They got me in and out with a balance and rotation quickly. Great service after the purchase of the sale months and months after the sale. I’ve sent him my cousin and he took great care of him and sold him a new Escape. I can’t wait to send more of my friends and family to Thomas Rancich @ Joe Myers Ford Lincoln!
