Zero Integrity at all levels. More than 60 days trying to get a new Ford serviced, visited in person, left direct messages to service advisor more than 7 times, contacted customer More than 60 days trying to get a new Ford serviced, visited in person, left direct messages to service advisor more than 7 times, contacted customer service...all committing to taking care of me. Finally after 60 days someone steps up and tells me the GM refuses to provide Ford warranty service for any vehicle not purchased at their dealership. I guess they assume the most recent Ford you purchased is also your last? How could I consider my next purchase from a dealer with zero integrity? More

Elaine makes a conscious effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your vehicle’s service. Overall, a dealer can be pretty expensive for service so Elaine makes a point to suggest any and all available coupons that can be used to lower the total cost. I had issues with Zaktec paint protective coating and the sub par way it was applied. Elaine made the effort to make sure I was completely satisfied. More
