Dear Ryan Laskowski, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of communication we have experienced since purchasing our vehicle. We have made multiple attempts to get in contact by frustration regarding the lack of communication we have experienced since purchasing our vehicle. We have made multiple attempts to get in contact by leaving voicemails, sending emails, and even reaching out via text messages, yet we have been unable to receive a timely response. It is also important to note that we now have evidence indicating that the vehicle, which was sold to us as Ford Gold Certified, has hail damage that was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase. This raises serious concerns that need to be addressed immediately. At this point, it is imperative that someone from your dealership contacts either myself or my husband as soon as possible so we can move forward in resolving this matter. We expect prompt communication and a clear plan for addressing these concerns. More

Joe Courtney was a great service rep and kept me updated on progress. He went out of his way to take care of my needs. However, repairs took an exceptionally long time - 10 weeks.
