Last 3 visits I was in twice for questions which became a slow air leak and windshield wipers needing replacement and then the last time from for a recall and a new I was in twice for questions which became a slow air leak and windshield wipers needing replacement and then the last time from for a recall and a new tire because of the slow air leak. Michelle Torre took care of me for the recall and new tire. Gerald Toloudis took care of me for the questions and windshield wipers. Excellent customer service. Reminded me of the days of Cindy and my old truck which caused me to be confident buying a new truck from Joe Myers. Thank you! More

Poor customer service I have been taking my car there since 2014. The experience had been excellent until my last two contacts with them. I had an AC problem where one vent I have been taking my car there since 2014. The experience had been excellent until my last two contacts with them. I had an AC problem where one vent was blowing heat and the other cool air. I made an appointment to have my car serviced about two weeks ago. Dropped my car off at 8:30am and received absolutely no communication from the service advisor the entire day. We called several times and he finally heard from him about 5pm “ we were short staffed and didn’t to your car but we start on it 1st thing in the morning” The next day come and we still didn’t hear from him until we started calling around 1pm. He returned the call around 2 to tell us what was found and it should be ready in an hour. We arrived 2 hours latter and the car was not ready. Now 2 weeks latter my car is at JoeMyers right now for the same problem. Today the person I had an appointment with was not there. “ running late” . We were passed to someone who was nice, but attempted to pass us to the person who originally did nothing to help us. More
